Water view condos in Greater Seattle can have views of Puget Sound, Lake Washington, Lake Union, and Lake Sammamish. The value of a water view in the Seattle area is significant, as prices for view condos can often be twice as high as prices for condos without a view. While there are not always Sand Point water view condos available for sale, check back often as new listings will appear on our site daily. The Sand Point peninsula encompasses Sand Point, View Ridge, and Wedgwood, as well as two of the region's most popular lakefront parks and the historic former Navy station where Bill Boeing flew his first airplane. In 1855, surveyors dubbed the Sand Point Peninsula "Mud Lake." But pioneers settled amid the swamps anyway. Today, Magnusson Park is one of Seattle dog lovers' favorites, and the Sand Point Country Club highlights some of the more upscale sections of the neighborhood.
